Cobb Civil Engineering, PLLC was founded by Justin Cobb, P.E., to provide responsive and practical civil engineering services throughout North Carolina and South Carolina, with an emphasis on the greater Charlotte region.

Justin is a licensed Professional Engineer with extensive experience in commercial, residential, and mixed-use land development. His background includes site planning, grading and drainage, stormwater management, erosion control, utility and roadway design, permitting coordination, and construction administration.

Originally from Bessemer City, Justin earned his civil engineering degree from UNC Charlotte and now lives in Kannapolis. Through Cobb Civil Engineering, he provides clients with direct access to an experienced engineer, personalized service, and practical solutions tailored to each project.
